The Yoga of Relationships: From Codependency to Connection

A four month live community experience for healing attachment patterns and reclaiming emotional freedom.

This is a guided, supportive space for individuals who are ready to stop overgiving, abandoning themselves, trying to control others and begin building healthier relationships rooted in self trust, clarity, and choice.

Through live calls, community support, and gentle guidance, you will explore the patterns that keep you stuck in emotional dependency and learn how to relate to others without losing yourself.

Live Call Schedule

    • Two live calls per month - first + last Sunday of each month at 4-6p Pacific

Format: Live via Kajabi Live

What’s Included:

  • Four month container with live sessions and private coaching
  • Two live 2hr group calls per month via Kajabi Live (first + last Sunday of each month.)
  • 8 hrs of private 1:1 coaching (My 10-hr package is $2800!)
  • Supportive community space with monthly discussion groups
  • Replays available for all live calls (but commitment to show up live is strongly recommended for container integrity.)

This course will give you practical tools to help you find your way back to you and have the intimacy you desire

If the word codependency feels uncomfortable or intense, let yourself relax. In this course, codependency is not treated as a label—it’s understood as a set of innocent habits of mind and heart. Many of us were never taught how to recognize our own needs or how to question the thoughts that drive us to please others.

 

You won’t be asked to change overnight or to confront anyone. Instead, you’ll be guided step-by-step through gentle practices from both Non-Violent Communication and The Work of Byron Katie. These tools are simple, supportive, and deeply respectful of your pace.

 

Real connection does not require you to become someone different. It requires you to meet yourself honestly. This course is designed to help you do exactly that—so you can begin enjoying your life and your relationships as they are, right now, in Reality.

 

Because this course is capped at 10 participants, attendance is important to create an intimate container. I’m looking forward to being with you.
