The Work of Byron Katie, or mental yoga as Susan likes to call it, is a simple but profound practice of self-inquiry. It’s not another mental concept to learn, but rather it’s about unlearning everything we think we know. In this practice, we identify the thoughts that cause us suffering and question them. The Work puts us directly in touch with our own inherent wisdom, clarity and freedom. All it takes is an open mind.
In this course Susan discusses her own experiences with the work, contextualizes it within the yogic tradition, introduces foundational principles and walks you through the process of inquiry. This course will leave you with everything you need to continue the practice on your own.
