Meditation + Discussion

Join Susan and Samarasa’s mindfulness meditation community live twice a week - Mondays + Saturdays at 9aPST. These classes are open to everybody - whether you’re new to meditation or a regular practitioner.

Each session is 1 hour and consists of a 25-minute partially guided meditation along with community discussion. These classes can also be a great way to check out our online community and meet Susan. Drop-ins welcome!

Monthly Inquiry Circle

The Work is a simple process of writing our thoughts down on paper and using 4 questions and a turnaround to inquire into each thought. Once a month Susan guides our community through the process.

In this 2.5 workshop, you'll receive support in identifying your stressful thoughts, writing them down and questioning them.

 This is a great opportunity to observe/practice the facilitation process to see if a private facilitation would be right for you. Our monthly inquiry circle is included in the price of membership or can be purchased as a stand alone workshop.
