Don’t believe everything you think.
A class designed for experienced and dedicated yogis.
Experienced and dedicated yogis look no further! In this class the teacher will take you through a unique and methodical sequence that is challenging, thorough, and fun. Each week we’ll build up to a peak pose or sequence always driven by a philosophical theme.
Students should be comfortable in bakasana (crow pose), urdhva dhanurasana (upward facing bow), and practicing inversions. Students with injuries are advised not to attend this class, or should already know how to modify poses (or be comfortable asking), as modifications won’t always be instructed.
