Yoga is an ancient science of self-realization. It is a system designed to help us remember our truest nature. Over the years, this system has been adapted and modified for an easier integration into modern life, however the central aim remains the same – to inquire into who we really are.
Samarasa Center is a safe community for explorers, seekers, wanderers on this quest. We provide various modalities of yoga, knowing that different paths can lead to the same Truth when practiced in earnest and with integrity. We hope you’ll find something here that resonates with you. All are welcome. Come as you are.

In restorative yoga, props gently support the body in sustained postures for deep relaxation and releasing of physical, energetic, emotional and mental tensions. This class acts as the counter pose to the action oriented, fast-paced rhythm of daily life. It revitalizes and restores our energy systems and re-connects us to the sweetness of being supported, held and taken care of.
Meditation
A mind at rest means a peaceful life. Mindfulness is the process of bringing one's attention into the present moment.
