Welcome to the Heart
The Welcome to the Heart workshop is one of several programs included in the Path of the Heart methodology created by Sri Prem Baba over 20 years ago.
Coming in March 2018
The Welcome to the Heart workshop is one of several programs included in the Path of the Heart methodology created by Sri Prem Baba over 20 years ago. This is a method of self-knowledge broken down into a series of courses (individual and in groups) designed for those who are looking for more tools to learn how to get to know themselves more deeply and improve the quality of their life experience.
This course is an invitation to look at everything that has taken you away from your heart throughout your life. For one day you will have the opportunity to investigate the events that in some way separated you from your essence. This is the entry door to an internal search that will help you to find ways to get closer to your heart.
This methodology is taught regularly in Brazil, Argentina, Spain, Israel, Germany, India and the USA, making its most recent debut in Los Angeles where Sri Prem Baba came to introduce this work himself for the first time in September.
The Path of the Heart programs are facilitated by people trained by Sri Prem Baba.
It is Prem Baba’s wish that this work be made more accessible to those wishing to dive deeper into the spiritual path of self-knowledge for the purpose of awakening love in their lives. Take this rare opportunity to be guided by trained facilitators in this life-changing work.

This workshop offers an introduction to Byron Katie’s system of self-inquiry, lovingly referred to as The Work. It is a way to identify and question the thoughts that are causing you suffering. You will be guided step-by-step through the very simple process of inquiry and then have the opportunity to practice both individually and with the group.
This workshop does not involve physical asana (postures) so any attire is acceptable. All other necessities for the practice will be provided.
This workshop is offered bi-monthly and is suggested (but not required) to take prior to attending the weekly Yoga + The Work classes.
