Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation will result in a total loss of the $600 USD deposit. Cancellations made between July 1st, 2025 and September 1st, 2025 will result in a loss of 50% of the trip price. Any cancellation made between September 2nd, 2025 and November 1st, 2025 will result in a loss of 75% of the trip price. Any cancellation made between November 2nd, 2025 and the trip departure will result in a total loss of funds. We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum. (If we do so, you will be refunded in full.)

Trip cancellation insurance is REQUIRED for this journey. You can use our suggested Wanderwell Insurance Company or Travel Guard Insurance Online and choose from several policy options. If we find that the trip is not a good fit for you, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation, in which case your payments will be fully refunded.

Susan will be in touch with you via email within 48 hours of your registration to discuss how you'd like to pay the remainder of your balance - in 2 payments or one. Be on the lookout for that email.
